Well, JOY-CON ISSUES.
While I am playing on my switch, I'm having problems. While playing, my FULLY CHARGED Joy-cons die but then come back to life many times. Is anyone else having this problem?
@MiniAnar Yeah, common problem - I'd recommend either returning the faulty unit to the retailer you purchased it from, or contacting Nintendo to arrange for a repair.
I had a faulty left Joy-Con that I managed with for a little while - but I've since sent it in for repair and it now works perfectly...not ideal I know but, for the best possible experience, I'd get your Joy-Con fixed/repaired ASAP
Be aware - there is a MAJOR stock shortage on Joy-Con parts right now. I sent my left JC off for a repair due to the stick 'clicking' when you rotate it.
It's been over a month now and they still cannot give me a lead time on when I'll get it back. They don't even have replacements.
@MiniAnar Your profile says you're in Australia - in which case I'd start at http://www.nintendo.com.au/help and go from there - is there any chance you can get hold of a receipt for it? It may be required to validate the warranty...
Seems like nintendo are still producing joycons with the wireless issues. I waited until the end of may before ordering a switch ( from nintendo uk) , presuming that the common faults would have been resolved but..the left joycon looses sync. Not a happy chappy
