Topic: Issues with chapter 14 Lego city undercover - help

My eight year old son has just started on chapter 14 of lego city undercover and the character's are not speaking (we can't hear them) and the game appears stuck as he can't move the character. has anyone experienced this?

Btw, is the problem about Freezing game or he can't walk at all ?

Thanks for the video, but it's odd as we don't have sound or the subtitles and we can't move the character anywhere or to get through the gates, maybe a fault on our game

Have you try to restart the system and load the save file ?
I have never experienced like that.
Try with other cartridge with same region to check if the faulty was from save data or cartridge.

Hi he can't walk at all there is the alarm sound and the screen looks ok but no narration
