The system seems to be missing a lot of features. Virtual console, internet browser, simple apps like Netflix, that problem with the left controller and probably even more. These things shouldn't been missing and shouldn't be happening even if this is the launch. It just seems like Nintendo wanted to get the system out as soon as possible even if it isn't actually finished.
The Switch also seems to be made out of some poor quality materials. The screen shouldn't be scratching by using the dock, but it is. The skins shouldn't (probably) have damaged the plastic which makes it seem like poor quality.
