The Switch is pretty much the only console I have time to use anymore BECAUSE of my busy schedule. It's perfect!

With a child on the way I’ll probably will only have time to play the Switch during lunch at work. I hope I can juggle family life as well as you do, games can be addicting. But playing for 30 seconds would not be worth it, it’s not good for the system to be powered on and off right after.

When I said "30 seconds to multiple hours", that was an indicator for as long or not as you want/need. Don't take it too literally! But it is possible.

No, you should schedule some time in your day for a breather. Just sit down with a hot cup of tea and unwind. You don't need to make your life even busier with video games to play.

I work for the government so I just sit and play Switch all day long. Nobody has caught me.
