Would they take away Tetris 99 and put a price tag on it to buy it? I want your speculation. Will they just keep amassing online exclusives one per year?

I'm sure Nintendo isn't satisfied with NSO's roughly 25% attach rate (35m Switches sold with 8m subscribers as reported back in January). Although I doubt they'd put a price on Tetris 99, I'm sure Nintendo is looking to give players incentive to sign up for NSO. Sadly, I imagine they'll skate by with Pokemon S/S, rather than release the SNES emulator that fans have been begging for.

I did pick up NSO, but I don't think I will renew it. Not much to do IMO.

I can't imagine that they would take away Tetris 99. But events in the game might lesson to allow for events in the other title.

Personally I hope they do add something else. Aside from the obvious of more retro systems, I would like another online game like 99. Maybe some kind of old school shooter or even a simple MMO.

Nintendo and Square Enix have been sitting on Dragon Quest X for years. Wii, 3DS, Wii U, Switch, all Japan only with no western release ever hinted at. The recent announcement of PSO2's western release gives me hope for DQX in the west. But Square Enix isn't in dire straits like Sega is right now, so perhaps not.

I really enjoyed the 1 vs 100 game on Xbox Live, maybe Nintendo could do some sort of live trivia game like that

With the NSO family program priced as low as it is right now, I don't think I have any problems even if they do nothing. That voucher program already paid for itself

@Magician I'm sure their attach rate is much higher now with the free memberships from Prime and Mario Maker.

@Heavyarms55 A Goldeneye clone would be awesome.

@komodo182 Same.

@Trajan I was thinking of that, but I doubt they could get the 007 rights for something like that. So it'd need to use some other IP.

@Magician I assume the lack of western release for those titles is because of the cost associated with their localization and the apparent lack of interest in the series compared to Japan.

@Heavyarms55 That's what I'm saying. Just have generic polygon people. Is Temple, Facility, Complex, and Archives trademarked? Just copy the game play. Or make new flowy levels that don't require much vertical aiming (like GE) and you could use split joycons.

@ReaderRagfish That's what I was thinking. I wonder if Microsoft would let Nintendo have them.
