... the amount of spoilers from AC: New Horizon is just all over the place... like really...

I didn't know about toilets~!! nor ladders~!!@!

Am I the only one disgusted with all those spoils?

@tgchan Friendly advice - if you don't want spoilers for a game/movie/book/etc... Don't go to a website where the entire purpose is talking about content from the things you don't want spoiled. Nintendo Life is a Nintendo focused gaming website, of course they are going to talk about the biggest and most recent Nintendo game.

This is just how the internet is. If you don't want to be spoiled, you need to make the effort to avoid it. It would perhaps be nice if others tried harder to avoid spoiling things - but that's just not how things are. It's much easier to do things yourself when you can, than to beg the world to change.

Well... I am not coming here to look for a content but for news, information, etc.

What do I see first thing the page loads up? Screenshot/topic spoilers all over the place...

I don't know... I normally don't care much about tv series/movies etc. but in AC where everything should be a surprise, a pleasant something new. It actually bothers me like HELL.

If I am the only one, sure I will just avoid the site but... Can I be the only one thinking like that?

It’s toilets in animal crossing... People will complain for stuff like, “Timmy dies in chapter three!”, not toilets in animal crossing.

@Heavyarms55 That is not how the way things are. That just shows Nintendolife's news structure is bad and needs to be improved.

Solution: Don't flood guides in the news feed. But the site is run by the Gamer Network and they need click revenue so they won't do anything to help.

i'm disgusted with the toilets in it. i dont really think it needs that. no matter what. can we not just say the characters do'nt need toilets. i'm not stupid...

But there are Toilets on other games, not just on Animal Crossing only.
And using the toilet in appropriate way is something normal as we do.
It was not something disgusting.

It just a Cartoon toilet, not a big deal.
You just overreacting for something trivial and not supposed to be a huge problem.
Even on ACNL 3DS there was a Toilet.

Btw, on Dragon Quest Builders 2 you can built Pot / Toilet to empthy your NPC bladder.
And you can collect Night Soil from Toilet to make Fertilizer / Worm Food.

@Anti-Matter that's disgusting. That's why people on here are mentioning the toilet cause some people don't know that's in the game. I mean they actually sit on it and use it. I'm gonna sue nintendo for this...

@tgchan The ladders being in the game was shown to us many months before the game was even released so it's hardly a spoiler. It was in the AC direct as well as the trailer.
This site is the same with every big game release. There will always be articles with info on things found in game. Just think back to sword and shield. The site was inundated with articles with info about version exclusives, raid battles etc.

Personally, I'm happy to read all these articles as I feel a sense of community and fun around it. You can practically read the happiness from some of the authors words and it's great. I see it less as spoiling the game and more about sharing the joy.

I agree with the spoilers in that the article titles and pictures often spoil enough. Its one thing to have the article spoil something if you click into it at your own risk, another if you're just scrolling for news and something is inadvertently spoiled for you. Oh well
