Topic: Help purchasing digital games.

I don't own a Nintendo Switch, but if I purchase some digital games via the shop or the Nintendo store, cdo I have to download them immediately or can I justsave them for Christmas?

@LAPIII The games download instantly when purchased. However, you can choose to halt this process and download them at a later date.

It can wait as long as your CC processed. Once purchased you can redownload them as many times as you want. They should send you a code or if you created a Nintendo account will list it on there when you log into it. So you will need to setup a Nintendo Account for eShop orders as well.
