Topic: Help! Glitches when using minecraft story mode

Any help gratefully received. We have just purchased Minecraft story mode' the complete adventure'. We are not registered to play on-line. My son is finding the following problems:

1.The game doesn't seem to 'remember' his choices so that, in the next episode, the story suggests he has made an opposite choice from reality.

2. The button on 'homescreen' shows a darker colour and does not allow him to press it
3. Episode 3 doesn't show a summary of his/other's choices (whereas previous episodes do).
