Tee up anywhere! You’ll be surprised by how many problems can be solved by hitting a golf ball at them.
Explore 8 unique environments, each with their own courses, towns, people and secrets.
Play through a dramatic story with a diverse cast of characters.
Upgrade your golfer by completing challenges, solving puzzles and buying new equipment.
Round out your skill set with long driver tournaments, disc golf, mini golf and wee links.
Then go beyond golf with extra challenges like races, mowing, drone flights and geocaching.
Wow I am so disappointed. Read the above expecting a full game release thinking it could be awesome and then view the trailer... not that I dislike 2d top down type games but I'd built my hopes up for a full release lol
OK is 25 and there is still no news about this game, I added £20 to my account just for this game, I have messaged the developers on twitter and no a single answer.
I would believe Indie developers would like to connect with their fans "potential buyers" but this studio is not making the minimum effort, they don't even tweet or antyhing.
I am disappointed in them, and considering the date I don't think they will release in september.
It's looking less and less likely that this will get a September release date. I was excited for this, but I think it'll be pushed into October or maybe even November. Yet, the Nintendo website still says September, so we'll never know. Maybe they'll surprise us like they did with Xenoblade 2.

@AndrewJ I have wrote them on Twitter so many time and nothing at all. Last Time they even used Twitter was on August 6 just to say that Twitter will probably be the first place for news, YEAH RIGHT
Thanks for that @AndrewJ I am now a little bit hesitant to buy the game because of the lack of communication, a game that is out in 3 days and the developer is not even promoting the game?
@AndrewJ Well you don't Know that, it may be or not be a good game, and since there is not reviews yet, this doesn't seem reassuring to me.
And that is what worries me, is like even them don't have faith in what they have created.
and @electrolite77 sure, sending a tweet will probably derail the whole thing and they will need a couple of weeks more because they decide to send a tweet to their fan who want to spend money on their product.
I'm sure once they're done finishing the game, going through the certification process, eating, sleeping etc. they'll find the time to pander to needy modern gamers who consider their Social Media responses more important than the actual game they produce.
It's their first game as devs. I think is fair to cut them some slack, I don't think anyone expected that Golf Story would catch so much attention so quickly.
Honestly, I'll probably pick it up at some point, depending on the reviews, but I can't really see myself getting it day one, especially since I didn't grow up with things like Mario Golf on the GBC, so it doesn't really give me that nostalgia.

@Spoony_Tech Ha, I just 100%'d SD2 this morning! Amazing game, but I'm more than ready to dive into this little gem now.
Also, I saw that this Gamexplain video existed, but became wary it might spoil things for me... these guys have an uncanny ability to deduce important gameplay mechanics from seemingly innocuous details.
