I have just been sat playing I am Setsuna in Handheld mode. I can't turn off the switch, the home button isn't responding and neither is the screenshot button.
I have tried holding the off button for a while and also tried using the pro controller to try and either go to the home screen or turn the system off but neither are working.
@Flashman, i had a similar problem the other day when the battery was nearly empty , i held the off button for about 20 seconds & it turned off. I've not had the problem since.
Ok this is a new one. I went to turn off the docked console using the power button and got a slight shock off it. Think I may have to contact nintendo.
