Topic: Fast Rmx freezing(FIXED)

Dear all,

THE FIX WAS RESTARTING THE SWITCH BY SWITCHING IT OFF AND WAITING 5 MIN BEFORE TURNING IT BACK ON!

I have a question about the game fast rmx. I used to play this game all the time on the single player mode, and I wanted to share the fun with my nephew's and play split screen local multiplayer. we started the game and chose our vehicles, but then when I pressed ready to play the game got stuck. it just showed the vehicle selection screen I waited for about 5 minutes and nothing happend.
I couldn't go back to the switch main menu either, so I had to switch off the device. when it came back on it said that there was an error closing fast rmx so I deleted all the local files and did it again same thing happened. after deleting the complete game and reinstalling i got the same problem. I'm on the latest update with both my switch and the game. any one knows how I can fix this problem ? I love to share the fun with my friends and family.

Had the same exact issue a couple of weeks back. Try turning your Switch off (ie holding down the power button until the power options-menu appears, and then turning it off completely), wait a bit and turn it all on again. Worked like a charm for me.

Same problem is occurring for me presently. I just turned off the Switch and will now wait for a while before turning it on to see if that fixes the problem. Oh, and I already tried redownloading the game to see if the problem would be solved. That didn't work, unfortunately.
What's interesting is how the problem just popped up suddenly. Haven't had issues with the game until now...

EDIT: Hm. Turning off the Switch didn't work. Maybe I should leave the Switch off for for longer than I did...

EDIT 2: Haha... I didn't actually turn off the Switch... I just accidentally put it in Sleep Mode (the Switch taking me to the lock screen after pressing the power button should've been a red flag from the start). So I turned off the Switch properly and that fixed the problem. Thankful for this thread!
