Topic: eShop deducted money from my Visa card without downloading game

Hi guys, I'm Trung and I'm from VN so please forgive me beacause my English is not good, I hope you guys can help me with this problem.

Today I want to purchase Donkey Kong tropical in UK region. But when I finished typing the visa card number then eshop deducted my visa account when I didn't click on " procces purchase" button. I don't know why and I can't contact to the hotline beacause I'm living in Vietnam. Please help me, thank you so much. T.T

Hi Trung. I'm probably not understanding the problem right, but are you subscribed to the Nintendo Online service? Is it possible when your cash was deducted it was due to your online service and not for your purchase of Tropical Freeze?

Hi, bixente. I haven't purchase d for nitendo online service before.

@Beaver I'm in Thailand and purchase games from various region's Eshop's. Sometimes after confirming your visa, payment is deducted before selecting confirm purchase. But the game should still download. Try this, on the Eshop click your profile in the top right corner and go to 'redownload', the game should be there. If not, on the Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze page is the game still available to purchase or is the option blanked out?

@OorWullie i check redownloaded task and don't see Donkey Kong in there. The Donkey Kong tropical freeze page still allow me to purchase.

@Beaver Did you check your VISA online to verify the purchase? It might now work if your Region purchase doesn't match. Otherwise you will have to contact Nintendo of Asia for support on eShop purchases. We here can't fix or resolve this for you here.

Maybe you just added the funds to your eShop wallet without finishing the purchase... If that's possible.

Tks guys, i checked my Visa and it doesn't deduct money, the message about deduction is just faked ( I think ) . Thank you guys for helping me.

I would keep checking up to a week to be sure and also file a request support to Nintendo Support to get it on record.
