Topic: Digital download versions of previous Nintendo games for the Nintendo Switch

Hi everyone,

I recently heard a rumor that some games from previous Nintendo consoles (Wii or Wii U) will be available for download on the Nintendo Switch, has anyone else heard of this? Or is this actually going to happen or no way at all?

@Pocky Thank you, what about other Zelda games? like skyward sword or wind waker? any ideas about those?

There have been rumors for quite some time that Nintendo will loop back and do a Skyward Sword remaster, but RUMOR is the word to emphasize. It would be pretty cool, though.

Wind Waker was just recently redone for the Wii U, so I really don't see them revisiting that one again so soon unless they just do almost a "VC" port of it for the Switch.

I am not optimistic about skyrim. The switch lags when docked just doing BOTW at some points and skyrim has better graphics than BOTW. Im guessing they will nerf skyrim so it ends up being like xenoblade chronicles for the 3ds. If they don't there will be serious lag issues when docked.
