Topic: Desperately In Need Of A Nintendo Switch - PLEASE HELP!

I currently have still not gotten hold of a switch from retailers. I really don't want to get it off amazon, ebay, cragislist, etc. because that would feed the people who sell them way above MSRP and it's also relatively unsafe than getting it from an official retailer. I have been checking online on either a daily or once every 2-3 days since I made this thread initially of: (in precedence where I prefer to get one from) Best Buy, Game Stop, Target, Wall Mart, Toys R Us. And on Mondays and Fridays (I have school so I can't go early), I go physically into each of the said store and ask for stock updates/shipment schedule after school ends which is after 3 pm earliest. And all of them said 0 in stock, and unknown whether or not the next shipment will have any. This process is so tedious; if this cycle continues I really don't know what to do. In maybe 2 weeks I'll give up and get one way above MSRP from one of the online sites, which I don't even know if it's reliable. Ugh. Or should I just buy a ps4 and/or a gaming pc instead? :/

Oh I just thought of another potential option. If you either don't want your switch and/or have a family member/friend who doesn't want theirs, please contact me at [email protected] and I can get back to you much faster there. On second thought, email me with anything you have related to the switch including advice, suggestions, potential methods of obtaining one efficiently, cheaply, and safely. I'd say I'm willing to consider going more or less $50 above MSRP but I'd very much prefer if I can grab one without paying above MSRP.

Like everyone else said, just be patient and don't pay above MSRP. Google "Nintendo Switch" everyday, usually a website like BGR posts whenever a company will have stock for a day (perhaps follow them via email, etc.?). You'd need to go before the store opens to get it. The Switch isn't impossible to get, but you do need to google it everyday and go before the store opens to get one.
