Topic: Desperately In Need Of A Nintendo Switch - PLEASE HELP!

Greetings all,

I have done extensive research and looking at the Nintendo Switch. And I love it a lot. I really really really need one. I am literally dying to get one and playing zelda BotW. I went to the Nintendo website and tried to buy it. Unfortunately, it's only available through retailers, such as Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, Target, Walmart, etc.. What's my best bet in terms of looking where to buy a Nintendo Switch with price and efficiency in mind? I live in New Jersey.

If you're willing to pay above retail prices, you could try Craig's List in your local area.

Don't buy one over the suggested retail price. Nintendo is sending out a bunch more switches now that MK8 has come out. Just wait, you'll get one eventually!

Best Buy in Canada has new stock every few days so BB is my suggestion, all those retailers have twitter accounts that usually post tips on when they will have more online available.

Just keep checking official channels on a daily basis. Or if you can, try and get one reserved in store. Please don't be foolish enough to feed the scalpers and trolls on Ebay, etc.

You should see a doctor, tell them your symptoms and perhaps they will medicate you.

don't pay over retail. Just wait it out. check targets and walmarts. ask employees for stock updates and when shipments come in.
sux its so hard to find for people. I got lucky a week after launch, but unlucky mine messed up and sent back to nintendo.

I saw three at a Walmart last week. I asked if they had just gotten them in that day. They told me it was the day before. So I'd say you would have some luck checking stores in the coming weeks.

Yeah, I saw three at Walmart the other day, too, including a neon one which I had never seen in person before. I'm sure just checking stores will lead to good results.

Scalpers make them easy to buy....for a price... Gamestop makes them easy to buy....for an even higher price than the scalpers by the time you're done with their Just Dance bundles

I ran some numbers earlier and by the time you got done with accessories/games you don't want from Gamestop, the scalpers can actually be cheaper! Sigh

For official stock, everyone else is right, though, you just have to check with staff, in-store, constantly, and keep checking online for news reports from nintendo related sites that are more....timely....on news than this one such as nintendoeverything as to when one store reports new shipments arriving. If that store is, then other stores will show them 1-2 days before/after that day. But they might sell out in hours (in store) and minutes (online.)
