Topic: December 7 anyone ready?

@SwitchForce I have to agree with @the_shpydar. You need to grow up December 7 is a day meant for respect those who lost their lives in one of the greatest tradegies that happened to America. It's day of rememberence and all you care about is a video game. Shame on you. Must be nice not to have any family that wasnt affected in the worst war in the 20th century.

@SwitchForce You can’t just say that you weren’t referring to that December 7th when the topic name is “December 7 anyone ready?”. That’s about as vague as it gets and could be referring to any December 7th. If you said something like “December 7th is going to be a great day for the Switch” or “What Switch game are you getting on December 7th”, then this wouldn’t be a problem. And no, just because you explained in your first post doesn’t mean people will read anything other than the title.

@PolarExperience dude this site says Nintendo life what part do you not get! I have family veterns and anyone making false inclusion is a disgrace here and a slap to their face.

@SwitchForce Just saying that being vague has repercussions. Not saying that you aren’t respecting veterans or that you are ignorant about these subjects. I’m sorry if I offended you in any way, that was definitely not my intention.

@Tasuki nothing on this site talks about the Dec 7 Pearl Harbor that I see. So for those whom want to talk about that should take that to some political forum and talk about that there. This site is a about Nintendo games discussions. The second half is to give those without a History 101 to take that debate to a Political forum and talk it there. And as one didn't see it said Ready for December 7 never said anything Remember December 7. Two very different semantics that people can't get their heads arounds.

This... went downhill fast... I didn't check this thread because I assumed it was just a discussion about Smash, never assume things lol.

Anyway, I think it's clear what they meant by December 7, considering this is a thread in the Switch sub-forum on a Nintendo fan site. Like @ReaderRagfish already pointed out, every day will have some historic relevance, so I fail to see why it has to be brought up.

Seeing how we're long past December 7, I don't think anyone minds me closing this thread, because I don't see it going anywhere at this point.

And @Tasuki, please mind the language, that includes self-censoring profanity.
