Prices are similar depending on region. The varying price you see is dependent on the currency for that country. For example, prices differ between the US and UK, but if you do an "exchange" of the currency, the price is consistent

Yes, some people say that in some countries the games are cheaper and that's probably right compared to what it would cost you on your country's eShop but perhaps Europe/US sales are more important than the difference between UK and South Africa prices.

I am stuck in the European eshop, and although the euro currency, is higher than the dollar, games in the European eshop are same and some are more expensive than the American eshop especially with regards to best deals. I advise you to not use the European eshop

The Argentina eShop (if you can even call it that - you can't access it on your Switch, it's just a website) doesn't have many games overall, but several of the ones it does have are extremely cheap compared to other regions. Unfortunately it is a huge process to actually buy from it and have it accept your credit card (at least it was for me).

@klingki You managed it then did you? I tried once but wasn't having any success. Is the process documented succinctly anywhere?

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.

@gcunit Ultimately, yeah, I got everything I wanted. But it was an arduous process that took several days of trial and error and wasted way too much of my time. If I didn't end up with Dandara, Pine, Moving Out, Minecraft Dungeons, and the Minecraft Dungeons DLC for about $18, I'd say it wasn't worth it.

As far as I can tell, there's no documented method on how to specifically make it work all the time because the system just seems to have no rhyme or reason. The same process that worked for me to get Dandara on my test run actually failed the first two times I tried it, and then never worked again after I got Dandara, despite the fact that I was doing exactly the same thing that worked successfully just minutes before.

I've read several complaints from actual Argentinians with valid Argentinian credit cards that get rejected all the time, while some random Americans can order with no problems every single time they try. In the end, I don't even know what it was I did that made it work, but I'm glad it finally did!
