I played a little of Necrodancer, but I have the distinct feeling I'm about to play a whole lot more in the very near future.

Never played or seen the Necromancer game but anything with Link/Zelda has my attention. Not a fan of the constant hopping but it does look really cool and will be out soon. Look forward to more details

I was watching the presentation and thought to myself: "These look a lot like Zelda enemies. Poe, tektites, leevers... That one too, it looks just like Darknut. Also, why does this music sound really familiar?" Yet it didn't click with me until right before the shadows of the characters appeared.

I dunno why but I couldn't stay into Necrodancer. :c

I have it on Steam, so...maybe someday I'll try it again.

Have Necrodancer on steam, but I never got too into it. (Mostly because I'm not much of a PC gamer to begin with).

Might grip me better with some Zelda music!

Not a game i would normally be into but with link and zelda in it, I'll likely grab it. Would've been super cool if there was a shovel knight campaign in which you can play as link from AoL. Doesnt seem that far fetched with the announcements dropped today

We've had TWO Nintendo Broadcasts with a killer-app final 2D Zelda surprise. This year is off to a great start. Also, I'm seeing a fair amount of "I've never played the original, but now..."
This is my camp. After today, though, I'm probably going to try to get both this and the original. Only one question:

There was a rumour floating about there was another 2D Zelda game besides Links Awakening coming out on the Switch, which I'm assuming is this but does anyone remember where that rumour originated from?

I said the same thing in another thread. I think this was that other 2d zelda in the works. I think Emily Rogers reported it but i could be wrong
