@underdosed Ok, you are a little difficult to understand but I think I grasped the gist of your question. The system is region free meaning any game designed for the Switch can be played on any Switch system. However games are still made with regions in mind. You just can play them on any Switch system. If the game has a version for multiple regions (or at least a global release) it can be played in any language that the game was made to support. How this is implemented is up to the dev, but as of right now the primary way is to change the system language of your Nintendo Switch.

For instance, if I want to play Zelda in Japanese then I must change my Switch to Japanese language for the game to load in Japanese. However that means I need to be able to read and understand Japanese as the ENTIRE system and game will be in that language. If a game offers language options that is different but not usually the case when dealing with games that were intended for one region. No system will localize a non localized game on the fly. It will just allow that game to be played in its default language. It is up to the user to understand that language.

TLDR: Games that have language options will allow you to select the language when you start the game. Games intended for one region won't change languages but you can still play them. Games with global releases will allow you to use the system settings to change to a different region to load a different language version.
