I'm trying to buy the expansion pass for breath of the wild from the e-shop, but it says that I've already purchased it. I haven't, but this prevents me from actually doing so.. Does anyone have a fix to this problem? I've checked for the chests in game and tried to download the content from the menu but that doesn't work either
It doesn't, when I press "downloadable content" I get the option to go to the nintento eShop, but here it says that I've already purchased it and therefore can't proceed to purchase it again..
Yeah I know, but I've had this problem or like a month now so I've turned it on and off quite a few times and nothing has happened. I know I haven't bought it already because I didn't know about it until I tried to purchase. I have tried contacting nintendo's services but they don't answer (Europe)
Discovered that the problem is that I have my account LinkedIn to both my and my brother's Switch, so when he bought it it applied to my username as well.
I still don't know how to fix it though, would it work if he deleted my account from gis console? I could buy it with an other account but I would prefer for it to be on my user
