@BlueOcean Different error code than before. Mine was couldn't connect to server.

Can you play at all? Or just nt multiplayer?

@komodo182 First of all thanks for your replies. No, the game loads the launch screen with the rhombus icon and after half a minute or so I get that error.

@BlueOcean You could try a few things (maybe you already did some of these).
Close the software, restart the switch.
Try updating the software.
If that doesn't work, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Search your error code online.
Contact gameloft.

Just my thoughts. I wish you luck.

I still can't get on multiplayer and my rep earned is not going to the club points. Tried restarting several times both the software and switch. Not sure what to do. Contact customer service, but who knows.

I was having a similar problem with Dawn of the breakers ironically yesterday. I think the servers were down for maintenance and should be good to go now.

I got a reply, but I asked for more details since I have no idea what I did wrong.

"Kindly note that there were some in-game restrictions imposed on your game profile.

Those in-game restrictions are part of actions that are applied due to unauthorized alterations to the game previously found on your account.

We hope that from now on you will keep playing fair and we might consider removing those restrictions from your account."

@komodo182 got on today. Works fine with Multiplayer. May have to Re-download it to fix it.
