I like tvOS look but I don't like Apple TV because the lack of games but the Wii U has good games but it has a lack of multimedia, with tvOS they can have iTunes (for movies, tv series and music), Apple Music, Spotify, Safari (as a default web browser) and iCloud to save your games and software on the cloud without erasing your progress and move it to another devices or the successor of NX.

tvOS is the most fancy and beautiful interface that I saw on any home console, but it doesn't have games.

Also it looks that Apple would like to have a partnership with Nintendo because it look like they are using some of Nintendo ideas like the remote controller or some games from the App Store and it can be better than the collaboration with Bandai Namco with the Pin Pin.

Nintendo is one to make their own things for their property, not use others. I doubt we will see an Apple or Android OS on the NX.

I think we'll be able to save game data in the cloud and move it to different devices with the new Nintendo system.

@SunnyD-Pad: Why would Nintendo be the first ever to do something like that? Apple is at least as protective of their stuff as Nintendo is, if not more.

I have three slightly different answers to this:

1. No. Nintendo aren't going to collaborate with Apple in the way you're suggesting. Nintendo are a fairly closed company which in many ways is the same as Apple. I doubt we'll ever see iTunes on a Nintendo console.

2. I don't see why this is even a question because Nintendo already do this. They have had an "Apple TV" style interface since before the iPhone launched and on every piece of hardware released since.

3. Probably although not necessarily all of the things. I think it's fair to say that cloud saves are coming to the NX. I think there's also a fair chance that we'll get we'll get some more services. Services which might include some of the music streaming services but will definitely include video streaming services.

@skywake: So I would like to see a movie digital distribution for NX that has a complete variety like iTunes and they can be stored on a hard drive and cloud.

@SunnyD-Pad:
Nintendo aren't going to get into the business of selling other kinds of media. I doubt they'll support media playback from disks either given that they haven't done so yet and there's even less reason for it now. But I could see them supporting a service like Spotify potentially and they already support Netflix.

@skywake: Amazon Video is on Wii U. And you can purchase movies and stream them from there. Also, wasn't there a plan or idea Nintendo mentioned of selling 3D movies on the 3DS, but since it had such a rough start the idea was abandoned?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
