Hi.
I bought the PS4 version last year, but i rarely to play since i have no PS4 machine at the moment. I can play my ps4 games by borrowing ps4 from my game shop owner ( i play in his shop).
Now i will consider the Switch version (with a lot of improvements such as gesture animation, attitudes, mini games, sub quest, etc) and "Eliminate" (Not playing anymore, but still keep the games) my ps4 version.
I can say Earthlock was a Classic JRPG like Final Fantasy X that created by Western peoples.
The Switch version include Japanese language Options as well with English. In the future, it will be added with another European languages.
Go get it.
I'm currently playing this on my Xbox One S, and I always struggle to stop playing, because it's actually quite addictive to do just one more thing or to upgrade just one more level to make your party stronger. The game is THAT entertaining, in my opinion.
And from what I've seen in that video, the Switch version is more or less the same. It is a great game if you're into jRPG's, and it has a little bit of everything that most of these type of games have. Challenging puzzles as well as a bit of grinding to power up, smart battle system and an interesting story, so if all of that even remotely interests you, I'd say give it a go.

@DiscoGentleman fantastic, I saw it in the charts and thought I’ve not heard anyone say much about this which is why I opened this thread to get some opinions, really glad I did it sounds perfect, exactly what I’m looking for.
Thanks again appreciated
@Deathwalka My pleasure. And be sure to let us know if you are enjoying the game.
Your post actually made me boot it up again. I'm playing it as we speak...

I like the feel and looks of it but I'll hold out for a Physical version consider it cost $29.99, they should release a Physical copy as well. I like it but will hold out for a Physical copy of which it most likely will have one if they hedge their bets right.
@SwitchForce I don't think that's going to happen, seeing as none of the versions on the other consoles was physical either, so I can't see the Switch being unique in that, especially taking into account the higher cost of cartridges, so that "most likely" will probably never happen.
Having said that, I can partially understand not wanting to pay that amount of money for it. But a price drop might be quite a long way off: on the Xbox One, the official price is still $29.99 as well, and on the PS4 it's only 2 bucks cheaper, so the Switch version is apparently priced accordingly, and it's the latest version as well, which brings with it a number of improvements.
In any case, even at that price, the game is well worth it. With all that the game offers, you can easily sink 40 to 60 hours into it, and then some, especially if you want to find everything there is to find, and want to complete all the quests. If this type of game interests you, and your only reason to skip it is because there isn't a physical version, then you might just miss out on a really entertaining game...
EDIT:
Hm, it seems that the PS4 actually did have a physical version, but the version I got on the Xbox One, was a download code.
@ThanosReXX, I already found two eShop games becoming Physical and they are Human: Fall Flat & Flame in the Flood. So if you just because you think they won't they will doesn't mean someone else will create it for those eShop game creators. I think if they make it fun and people like it someone will pickup the game but I think those helping the creators go physical see the writing on the wall and will take the jump they might not make that many but they know something we obviously don't see or know about. I got Flame in the Flood as eShop but already placed order for Physical version.
@SwitchForce Of course there's always a possibility that something like that will happen, but considering all the factors involved, I just think that the chances for it happening this time around, are very slim. Or what will happen is that the physical edition will also be the limited edition, in which case you will be paying even more than $29.99.

I already found another eShop game going Physical so it is becoming reality that eShop games are starting to go Physical through other 3rd parties. So this is why I am holding off eShop indefinitely now.
