For those who don't know it's essentially a modern version of Sim Earth for SNES, minus the control over weather. Actually minus direct control over weather because you can still change the weather a bit via items. I hope they release a demo for either Japan or elsewhere so I can see these "improvements" they've made. Some of my issues had to do with the controls and such. Especially in this game where you don't really do much besides moving a cursor around.
I watched the trailer when it was first released and it looks interesting!
My only concern is that it looks like you just fly around and watch things happen, so I'm not sure how much gameplay there is or how much variety is in the game...
No it's not really like Viva Pinyangun. Also Kimyoyo-Kun is right to be concerned in that you do mostly fly around and watch things happen. What I mostly like doing is changing the land around. That's why I really wish for there to be a demo before it comes out. Steam and PS4 have a demo for the game up, it's kind of hard to tell if you will like it or not without even actually playing it.
They changed the name but it's essentially the same game with improvements to the interface, controls, new animals and supposedly an easier way to see what conditions you need to birth certain species.
