I feel like there was more left to do on the Wii U. I'm going to keep my Wii U and just play the new Zelda game and wait a while before I decide to get one. Also wondering if the NX is going to be a hit or a flop.
Yesterday I could understand this post on some level. Today I don't understand. Are you just getting this negative stuff off your chest now because you think criticism may fall on deaf ears tomorrow?

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
Personally, I'm hoping the announcement will be the internet equivelant to this, especially around here....though, I'm gonna watch where I step until the mess is cleaned up...
I like how this concept that they haven't actually shown yet is going to fail to sell to the people who don't even know it exists yet. If you guys are that good at predicting things why aren't you filthy rich?

I've waited too long, and I'm not feeling hype any more. However, that'll almost definitely change once I see the trailer. Once I get some official info, then I'll be craving more.
No that's fine, and when it's revealed there will most certainly be a noticeable amount of disappointed people then too. Just keep it civil and try to read anything you type before you post it so things are easier for everyone. We can all do that eh? Same for the 'OMG HYPE' brigade, keep a little calm.

Sure enough, I'm much more excited now after seeing the trailer
While I would like the switch I am disappointed by the delay. I treat pre-orders like layaway. Most places will not do pre-orders until they have enough information like the name and price. Unfortunately my slow season started in September. I will not be able to get this device day one. For me this is too little too late.
Next summer I hope to get it. It will sting a bit because I will probably have to get one for my wife as well as she got use to have her own handheld.
I really don't know what people expected this console to be. People really expect a PS4 made by Nintendo? A console with no distinction from the competition? The Switch looks amazing to me. I think this might be the most excited I've ever been for a console. It is exactly what I wanted, and exactly what was rumored all this time.
None of the games shown yet are of any interest to me, but I like the idea of detachable controllers. I'll wait until I know more of what games are to be released on it first.
The only games that were of interest to me were the Nintendo ones. Skyrim I've already got, and the others were sports games weren't they? Yeah, not interested.
I like the idea of the Nintendo Switch when it is docked, and to be able to play the games with the new Pro-like controller.
The portability factor though?
If you think that the PS Vita isn't particularly portable, God knows what you'd make of the Switch!
It is ridiculously big for a 'handheld'. I simply cannot see anybody playing on the Switch in public quite like the way Nintendo was trying to show in their three minute video.
@Peek-a-boo it depends, I'd think. I would gladly play this on an 8 hours buss ride or an hour long flight. I wouldn't use it during my daily correspondence though, but I don't use my 3DS for that either, it isn't long enough to get immersed.
