Topic: 3D minigolf dosent start

Hi Guys!
I'm having trouble with my 3D mini golf game, on Monday it worked well, but yesterday when I started it just turned black, you see the nintendo logo but then it's just getting black! anyone who knows what it may be wrong with?

I have the same exact problem. Haven't had much luck in finding a solution.

Hello everyone! Since maybe the same time, the same problem has appeared. I posted on another forum about this (I'm French), so if I have a solution in this different site, I'll tell you how to resolve the problem. Maybe I will call Nintendo if I do not have an answer quickly.

As always in such a case the first thing you should try is holding down the power button on the Switch console for 15-20 seconds to power down the console completely.
This empties the Switch's RAM.

Now power on the console and try again with fresh RAM.

There is a number of games having that same problem: Monopoly, Troll And I, Super Chariot...

I actually always power down the Switch console when i use it... So it's not a RAM's problem (I think). I've tried another dematerial game to see if it works, it does. I used to play on Zelda, Mario Kart and Mario Odyssey, I never had this problem before with another game.

Have you guys tried to update it manually via the menu options?

On-Topic: The 3DS version has been giving me the same problem...

@SKTTR Yes, I verified this and I uploaded twice the game thinking it was just a matter of installation. Nothing more happened.

Hey guys, I found the way to restart the game: you must delete the current save made of the game the last time you played to it... Your game should restart, but you'll lose your records on it.
It's been worked with me.
