Stolen from IGN's NVC, feel free to send them an email with this thing because that's where I got it from.
Their format is as follows:

Hardware Spec: _________________________
Controller: _________________________
Unique Feature #1: _________________________
Unique Feature #2:_________________________
Unique Feature #3:_________________________

Here's my thoughts on this....
Hardware Spec: A portable console to replace the 3DS, just under the power of the 360. Standard def screens
Controller: They'll be boring. Basically the 3DS setup but with dual circle-pads
Unique Feature #1: We won't see it but it'll be built to make GC/Wii/Wii U ports/remakes/sequels easier
Unique Feature #2: Unified accounts system, cross buy, cross play, cloud saves etc
Unique Feature #3: The big gimmick will be that there will be no gimmicks. It's just be a solid gaming device

Hardware Spec: A home console to replace the Wii U though it will have handheld functionality (e.g. cartridge slot for 3DS/New 3DS games, can be played far from the console) so a hybrid.
Controller: An upgraded Wii U gamepad, has better range, higher quality screens, analog triggers, right stick will be moved below the ABXY buttons to give a GC controller feel.
Unique Feature #1: GameCube games, controllers and memory cards will be supported so no need for anymore GC remakes!
Unique Feature #2: Unified account system so everything you bought from the Wii U eshop and 3DS eshops will be playable!
Unique Feature #3: The big gimmick will be amiibo with more stock issues, scalping, Americans buying EU stock and more but this time with a game like Skylanders/Infinity/Dimensions that requires amiibo (you can't play at all without them) present.

Hardware Spec: A home console/ Handheld (by taking with you the very comfortable and portable new gamepad), with CPU copied from the NASA for be as powerful as possible (no more falling behind by having specs too close to the old gen of Sony and Microsoft!)

Controller: The gamepad mentioned in the specs, which is a new GamePad with a much much much wider screen, why having just two screens when you can hold a full television in your hand and double the HD experience?

Unique Feature #1: AutoUpdates and Patches: The console will litterally listen to the player, thanks to the microphone, all the complains about overpowered characters and weapons and update the player version of the game accordandly. Any complains of those players suddenly finding their copy of smash bros with all characters boring and equal to each other will be ignored as the console only made the changes they asked for O:<

Unique Feature #2: Online friendly enviroment WITH vocal chat! Finally the vocal chat will be allowed in Nintendo games, a translator in the console will alter the owner voice if insults or bad words are found, turning his/her voice in one saying compliments and talk about puppies on other players' games.

Unique Feature #3: Amiibo Finding. A radar and a navigation system will be included in the console, just write which amiibo you need and the controller will scan the area around you for 1000km, if the amiibo is found an Arrow and a voice on the new gamepad will guide you to the precious figure ^O^

Hardware Spec: A handheld about as powerful as the 360
Controller: Basically the 3DS controls with a right analog stick and MAYBE analog triggers
Unique Feature #1: The device is almost 100% screen, with holes cut out for controller parts. This is made from the SHARP Freeform display
Unique Feature #2: Dual Screens as usual
Unique Feature #3: Vastly increased parity to other Nintendo systems. This means a unified account system, very similar OSs, and cross compatible games

Hardware Spec: _A dock that connects to TV, supports 4K, has hardware that is more powerful than PS4 but less powerful than PS5, a more beefed up wii U but with better gamepad connectivity
Controller: Gamepad that has the necessary hardware to play games on the go like a 3DS, can process game data in parallel with the dock for improved visuals, screen to use sharp's new crazy shape technology to allow buttons and thumbsticks to be set in the screen allowing touch screen buttons to be placed arond all the tactile buttons
Unique Feature #1: Portable and home console coming together
Unique Feature #2: able to play all previous games thanks to new virtual console and support for wii-motes and pro-controllers
Unique Feature #3: games that utilise the new unified account system to reward players for playing mobile versions while on the go. NX development platform to remain consistent while upgrading gradually as new devices are released (similar to iOS and android)

Hardware Spec: A 9th Generation console, comparable to the specs of the PS5
Controller Resembles the Wii Classic Controller Pro, but with clickable analog buttons, analog triggers and a mat finish.
Unique Features #1: A console and handheld hybrid
Unique Features #2: The handheld has no native hardware, and you can play games on the go via remote play
Unique Features #3: Unified accounts, Blu-Ray, 100 GB hard drive, cloud gaming services that lets you play all of Nintendo's classics for a monthly fee.

Hardware Spec: NX graphics are to the PS4 as the Dreamcast was to the PSX.
GPU: Sub-20nm chip based on R9-270
GDDR5 RAM: 8GB dedicated to GPU
eDRAM: 64MB
HBM: 2-4GB general system RAM
Controller: Every system comes with an IR camera bar (featuring multiple lenses), 3D tracking fiber optic based glove, and 3D tracking remote with an analog stick and four face buttons in a crescent alignment above the stick. The deluxe skus would also include a co-branded Nintendo/Namco fighter pad with 6 face buttons and a large 8-way dpad.

Unique Feature #1: The deluxe sku will likely come with a pair of glasses with gaze tracking cameras and utilizing the camera bar for head tracking. Individual pairs would cost between $10-30, depending on if the lenses have active LCD shutter systems.
Unique Feature #2: No optical drive or hdd. The whole system should be designed around the N64DD. The games should be on magnetic disks encased in zip carts while the machinery to drive, burn and read the disks would be built into the console. It would be faster than optical drives, cut out the need for a singular large hdd to be purchased at launch, and it would be cheaper than flash memory.
Unique Feature #3: A surprisingly low price (despite the glove and remote) because of the elimination of the optical drive and hdd. I predict $350 for a basic sku and $400 for a deluxe model.

Hardware Spec: Portable 3DS successor, but will share the same OS as the console brother. Out holiday 2016. Best hardware a $200 holiday 2016 handheld can have.(Probably 360-level.)
Controls: Same controls as New 3DS.
Unique Feature #1: Easy porting. Wii and Gamecube games will be ported with ease.
Unique Feature #2: HD wide-screen. Largest screen yet at 5.3-5.5 inches(really thin bezels)
Unique Feature #3: None. Just a kick-butt portable.

I expect it to be your average boring console. Kind of like the Gamecube. Nothing "unique" about it. Nintendo has been listening to people far too much lately. They should stick to the "I'm not sure he really said this but I bet he did" words of the late Yamauchi "the consumers don't know what they want I know what they want".

Oh, and this. "I have been saying this for some time, but customers are not interested in grand games with higher-quality graphics and sound and epic stories. Only people who do not know the videogame business would advocate the release of next-generation machines when people are not interested in cutting-edge technologies."

Hardware Spec: 3DS Successor, with a hardware specs similar to the XBox 360 (middle life XBox 360, where devlopers really knew how to utilize the system), HD handheld, touch screen, no 3D screen (), built in 8GB storage, uses microSD and SD cards up to 128 GBs to expand storage, 5.5 inch screen on XL unit, 4.4 on Standard, backwards compatible with the 3DS.
Controller: Same as 3DS family, but the Circle Pad(s) will be slightly smaller than current 3DS pads (but bigger than the PSP Nub) and yes there will be two Circle Pads!!!!!!! Other than that, basically the same as the New 3DS
Unique Feature #1: HD screens, the 1st true HD handheld, both screens will be HD. The top screen will be "true" HD and the bottom screen will be "Sub HD"
Unique Feature #2: Two models, just like the New 3DS, there won't be changeable faceplates on the smaller or larger so the differences will be really hard to find and justify. Despite that, NOA will release both in the Americas, because....NOA
Unique Feature #3: Will be connectable with the Wii U and what ever console comes after the Wii U (Project....Ultra Nintendo Console )

Very agree, much good ideas.

The only thing I'll add given our near universal agreement is that I don't think it'll have HD screens. I know small HD screens are all the rage but it's not really necessary given the size of the screens on portable devices. The current 3DS has a screen that has half the vertical pixel count as 480p. Standard def would be pretty decent for a screen that's sub 5". It would also allow them to potentially make games that punch above their weight a bit. Kinda like how the 3DS is pretty much an underpowered Gamecube and yet its games often approach Wii level visuals.

Pretty much agree with Skywake, Webhead and HanheldGuru. Hopefully it would launch with a regular and XL model which is likely considering there are markets for both. Also unified account system which again, very likely considering Nintendo has outlined a new membership service recently that connects the NX with smartphones etc.

Let me begin by saying that few people on the planet can guess with any real proximity what Nintendo reveals next especially for hardware.
So here's my guess because it's still fun for everyone to try and guess the secrets that are secrets to everybody: I think it will take a slider form factor similar the LG dual screen slider phone. Capacitive touch top/main screen, resistive touch bottom slide out display. This way the top screen accommodates their (and other's) mobile games and offers backwards compatibility with the DS/3DS. The unit imitates a modern smart phone when closed, and then provides faithful dual screen action when the buttons and circle pads slide out.
This is really a form factor I would love to have for a Nintendo handheld. It really offers the best of a couple of worlds. And no hinge!!

SuperWiiU

Hardware Spec: More powerful than PS4 system to fully support VR gameplay

Unique Feature #3: Power Glove 2

Yeah unfortunately they'll probably go with FWVGA like on the Wii U GamePad. I envision a specialized gaming tablet that resembles 2DS in a way. It will run the same OS as the console, which would be easy with the upcoming AMD Vulkan API.

I want the NX to be the next step in Motion Controls. The controller can play just like Wii Remotes (so easy Wii VC implementation) but it is also better sensors and more buttons. Maybe those break apart controllers you see people talk about, where it looks like a normal controller but it can break into two pieces and do motion controls. And possibly something that doesn't require a sensor bar, that way the console doesn't need to be close to the TV, which is part of the reason the Wii and Wii U were designed so small.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Hardware Spec: I think it'll be a handheld to "be a third pillar" with the 3DS and Wii U.
Controller: It'll have all the features we see with the 3DS, but with a bit more bulk, two circle pads (that can click in somehow), and four shoulder buttons (that'll be arranged "properly" thanks to the added bulk).
Unique Feature #1: StreetPass 2.0. New features that I can't think of right now and an improved StreetPass functionality. No more 16 game limit on StreetPass
Unique Feature #2: Vibration (also thanks to added bulk)
Unique Feature #3: Improvement on other 3DS features (sorry, I'm actually stumped here) such as improved motion control, even more improved 3D, upgraded cameras, etc.

I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.
I used to own a GBC, PS2, and DS Lite

Hardware Spec: x86 architecture; same power as PS4/Xbone; costs-savings with much smaller HD (80-100GB, leaving it up to the consumer to expand storage, as they did with the Wii U); proprietary discs again, no ability to play DVDs/bluray (which doesnt matter as much as it use to, thanks to digital distribution and streaming.) Obviously, a home console.
Controller: Gamecube-style pad with modern features: speakers, mic, gyro, motion-sensing, amiibo reader on back
Unique Feature #1: 3D
Unique Feature #2: amiibo
Unique Feature #3: free online/miiverse

At this point a 500GB HDD costs the same as a smaller one does and for that same sort of price you can get 128GB of good, fast flash. And that's if it was out today. In a year from now it'll be more like 750GB HDD, 250GB SSD. Two years? 1TB HDD, 500GB SSD. TBH I wouldn't be at all surprised if for the next console generation none of them are using HDDs for storage.
