Jessica Simpson doesn't fit in a serious role at all, she's just too cheerful- looking. Samus has a dark history. It's almost as bad as George Clooney was in the role of Batman. Seriously, they shouldn't make a movie at all, it just doesn't work.
If Eddie Murphy made a Legend of Zelda movie, he'd not only have to play Link, but also Zelda, Gannon, Tingle, The Cuckoo Lady, Link's Uncle, Gwonam, the Great Deku Tree, Error, and somebody's fat little cousin who farts all the time.
