Contrary to OP, Miiverse should still be up for a few more hours.

There's an option to save your posts, but I'm unclear whether it's just your screenshot album that's saved, or all your play journal entries too. Anyone clearer than me?

Ya, it ends tomorrow at 7am Central European time, 6am Irish and UK time, so a lot of people will wake up to it having shut down. I'm going to miss it, I've used it regularly over the years. Loved it for posting screenshots. I never started XCX but feel like I should at least take a screengrab of the opening title before it's too late. I too don't understand about how they're giving us some option of saving stuff or what it saves. The closing down notice was far too short.

See like just now, I posted on Miiverse the starting screen for XCX and how I'd miss posting images and I got a helpful tip.

It works perfectly on the WiiU and was always faster than opening Miiverse.
