Yep, saw that and did the link. I really hope that 750 stars + 200 I already have + 200 for Xenoblade Chronicles (physical) is enough for the Goodbye Club Nintendo coin.
@Grumblevolcano: Any word on when they'll put up the Club Nintendo Coin? I still have 2500 left, including the 750 from connecting my Club Nintendo to my NNID.
@Octane: Regarding the coin it could be anytime between tomorrow and the end of September, I'd guess middle/late September as the MK7 trophies aren't available yet. As for not receiving stars, digital games haven't counted since the end of April. To receive stars in these final months, the only way is physical copies of retail first party games released between February 2012 and October 2015 (expires 3 and a half years after launch)...
Speaking of which, I realized that the Xenoblade Chronicles code will have expired so I guess my luck depends on 950 or less than.
Yup, I just linked my Club Nintendo account to my NNID, and will get the 750 stars.
Very cool, that'll push my total up to 6950, 6900 to the end of September.
Blasted expiring stars, unfortunately I had to spend 1000 last month because 900 were going to expire.
@Grumblevolcano: Yeah I realised that right after I posted it. I thought you were getting Xenoblade digital, so I wondered why my games didn't come with any stars.
@Octane: Well I purchased Xenoblade physical late last week so it'll arrive sometime this week or next but of course I also bought the digital version today because I like the Gamepad much more than all Wii controllers.
