My butthurt has increased each time I watch a Nintendo Direct. I want to hear about cool new stuff and the release dates of big games! Everytime I watch ND I think I'm going to get a Pikmin 3, The Wonderful 101, Animal Crossing, or something. Just not more gameplay of games I've already seen and more "You'll be playing it, next year".

Although I was delighted by the Fire Emblem announcement, so it's not all bad I suppose.

I gotta agree. I was pretty disappointed with the last Nintendo Direct. The stream in September where they revealed several new tidbits about the Wii U (including TVii) was pretty exciting, but outside of that, many of the recent NDs have been fairly disappointing.

Doubt we'll get anything cool in any pre-E3 Nintendo Direct.

They'll be saving all the good stuff for the big events.

If I wanna watch Nintendo Direct again, do I have to repurchase it on the Wii U's Wii menu shop? Or will the repurchased Nintendo Channel be update-less?

Nintendo Direct is available for free on the Wii U eShop. I'm not sure if you can download it though
