Looking closer I think even the contents of the MK8 update seem unrealistic, I mean separate screens for multiplayer (1 on Gamepad, 1 on TV) seems like something that would never happen given that it wasn't available at launch.
It would be a surprise for sure but it's not impossible. I mean they're certainly not scared of doing really big updates for their games particularly on the Wii U. Usually with these "leaks" you get at least one that's way out there. With this list all of them are things they could technically do and all of them make sense. The other thing faked leaks mess up is that they fail to mention obvious things and in this one again, if it's a fake they've done well. The majority of them I'd be surprised if they weren't doing them.
Also the Japanese page for the Nintendo Direct, which is up already, specifically says they won't be talking about the NX or mobile games. The fact that these guys didn't fall into the trap of going on about that? It doesn't mean it's real but they've done a good job of it if it's not.

I'm hoping to see "Pegi 18" flash at the beginning — news about Devil's Third are long overdue. I think it could really bring some substance and variation to Nintendo's summer line-up.

It's most surely not... but then again from what little we've seen the game has to have been pretty far into development (not to mention they seemed pretty solid about it coming in 2015), and if Nintendo decided to do that as a joke... well I suppose there would be an unreal hype build up for E3. I doubt they'd do something like that though, they're more of a "push you then kick you while you're down" rather than a "push you then pick you back up" kind of company when it comes to news. XD
