Hey so, Ive had a wii U sense its launch….and about a year or so ago the wifi on it shuts off at 1am… like EXACTLY 1am! every day till like 6am…. than it works fine all day. Ive been looking around the internet but haven't found anything about it. Its really annoying especially if you wanna watch late night Netflix or something. The error code i get is 102-2107. "Unable to connect to the internet. The network may be busy. Please try again later" I have tried reconnecting it to my wifi but that doesn't work!~ all my other electronics work for my wifi at the time this happens…. all help is appreciated thanks…...

Try dusting off or resetting the modem. If that doesn't work, check your modules.

@GeneralReed Sounds like a problem with your modem rather than your Wii U but you never know. Setting up wi-fi on a Wii U can be a right headache. Do you have a LAN cable? You could try that and see what happens. I used to use a LAN cable and the connection would drop out for no reason so I stopped using it. Then a while ago I tried it again and it now works very well. I have been on 3 different broadband providers in my time as a Wii U owner and all had various issues. Even now it sometimes drops out but if I click on the Wii U settings and go back out straight away, then go back to the browser and the internet works again. It's like it resets itself. Strange. Wii U and the internet are a right weird pair together.

I've reported it as well. They've just spammed this message in several of the Pokemon Go stories on the main site. They'll be incinerated soon enough I'm sure.

Thanks. And you have to admit, Megumi has the funniest ways of punishing spam.

@GeneralReed Sounds peculiar. Try changing the system clock on your Wii U to a different time and see if that changes anything.

Sounds like your modem or router has a timetable programmed to shut off the Internet connection or does can you browse during that time with sour tablet, smartphone or whatsoever? Otherwise take a look at your modem/router settings.

@GeneralReed Did you get sorted? Make sure the time and date are correct in the System settings. That can cause issues as well.
