It all started last night when I purchased NBA 2K13 for the Wii U from the Wii U eshop, but for some reason once the game reaches the end of the downloading phase my Wii U glitches and claims that my hard drive isn't receiving enough power and that I need to plug it into an external power source, but the problem is that my hard-drive is plugged into an external power source so obviously something else is triggering this false error...has this happened to anyone else?
Yes it does. Anything over 10 GB seems to be an issue, so would downloading it to my internal memory and then transfering it to my hard-drive help? It seems that moving games to a hard-drive is easily 4-5 times faster than downloading them.
It worked! But OMG it took 18 hours to download and install on my Wii U internal memory and another 2 hours to transfer to my hard drive. I'll have to do the same thing with the even larger Xenoblade Chronicles X and hopefully there will be enough room on my completely blank memory on my deluxe Wii U at that point...including system updates my Wii U only has 24.9 GB on its internal memory at present.
