Hi everybody,
fist, apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place (but I do genuinely need help / suggestions).

I purchased 3 Wii-U games (super mario 3d world, toads treasure tracker, DK tropical freeze) and wanted to register them to re-claim my stars, they were all new and sealed. Went to register them to claim my stars and nintendo says the pin has expired, but the expiry date on the pin cards isn't until later in this year (like september or something).

So, I also found out club nintendo is closing, but they say I've got until september to register games already purchased.

my question is (cause nintendo australia don't have online support), has anyone else encountered this issue?
and does anyone else have any way of emailing or messaging nintendo australia? (cause I don't have a lot of time to spend on the phone to them, which is all the contact they give us aussies)

thanks in advance for any help

I tried to register Fire Emblem Awakening an hour ago but according to CN, the PIN code had already been used. It's weird, the game was sealed. Maybe there are some kind of CN PIN code generator or something, who knows

Check out my super awesome Super Mario Maker levels.

mine just say "code has expired"... but after reading your message i tried with a code I'd already used and that says "code already used"... so I don't think my issue is caused by the code being used before (I think...)
I just would like to know what nintendo them selves have to say... but the only way to contact them is to phone them, and I'm at work the entire time their phone line is open :/
