Hi, just paid for my son to have New Super Luigi U digitally via his console. It took the money, but there's no icon or anything suggesting that the game as downloaded. He has has version 1.3 Mario so everything is in order. Can anyone help/troubleshoot?...
When you enter NSMBU, on the file select screen, there should be a choice for NSLU at the top.
If it's not there, check the download manager and make sure it has finished downloading and has installed (home menu, bottom right should be the manager). If you've had NSMBU open the whole time, I'm guessing you have to close it and re-open it to install.
AHA! It took money from my account and then put it in the e-shop account. We only just realised, going back in search of the receipt, that we then have use the money to purchase NSLU - it isn't a direct purchase. Sorry! Happy boy at home now...
