I was recently playing Super Mario Bros. 3 with my wife, on the Wii U virtual console, and the sound coming from the tv was barely louder than a whisper. I tried turning up the sound but it didn't get louder at all. The sound of the home menu and virtual console menu is affected, and this is the only game I've noticed it with. When I removed the HDMI cable and placed it back, the sound would be louder for a second but fade back into a whisper. I'm not sure what the problem might be' does anyone here have any suggestions?
