Yesterday, the battery in one of my newly acquired games, FFIII(VI) seems to have went out, along with my save data. Any help? Or do I have to buy a new cartridge...? D:

Oh another question I can answer! Two things you can do, leave it in a plugged in SNES and you'll have the save until the power goes out or you take it out. Never tried that but I heard it works. 2nd and best choice replace the battery, there are two methods soldering and taping looking for a vid now. Or take it to a store that fixs stuff, play n trade for example, they'll replace it.

Edit: Here's one link so far http://www.racketboy.com/retro/2006/11/how-to-change-snes-gam...

Edit 2: This is the best vid I can find so far.

Thanks for the help @SuperPeach. The first thing you said wouldn't work, because I can't save at all, but I'll look in to finding a place that could replace it. If not, then I guess I'll have to do it myself. D:
