Topic: Smartphone Help

So I am having a slight problem with my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Last night I fell asleep while on my phone long story short while asleep I clicked on some kind of add or something but now I have this pop up keep popping up on my Internet browser that I can't get rid of. It won't even let me navigate anywhere else or close the page. If I hit no it pops back up. It's a fake pop up that says it's from the FBI and asks for all kinds of info which I won't give. I didn't open an email I think I hit a pop up advert on a site I was looking at last night. Bottom line is I can't use my Internet on my phone now. I tried the following things

Turn off then on my phone
Running an Antivirus program
Uninstalling, reinstalling the internet app

Those things didn't work at all and now I have no way of accessing the net on my phone. So any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated

Probably has something to do with the internet connection. Check if your settings are done correctly.
