My 3DS is the American one and It plays US region games only. So I noticed that the serial letter for my 3ds is CS instead of CW. When I asked Nintendo about this through mail, they said that it is based around Asia. So does this mean that the system I got isn't from America but instead from Asia despite the fact that it can only play US based games?
I should point out that I bought this in Dubai and that it says Saudi Arabia and U.A.E Official Product so I would really like to know about this fact.
And one last thing I want to know. In terms of the games, if the game product is USA despite of who manufactured the product and as long as it has the official seal, then can Nintendo of America fix that game if the game isn't working or do I have to go to that specific manufacturer in order to get the game card fixed?
