If I get console banned on my 3ds and transfer my data to a new system, will that console have the ban? Even if I delete my NNID before I transfer the data?

If you delete the NNID you might as well just use the new 3DS without doing a transfer.

All your digital content is tied to the NNID.

Just don't get too nonsensical on miiverse and that should never happen.

Be causal and use miiverse as what it is, a kid-friendly place to share gaming moments and screenshots.
