@sheii: From your double post, I can tell you spelled English wrong! I don't know if its the same, but on my NA DSi, you go into options, page 4, 1st on that page. Try that.

You don't. Both the Japanese Wii and DSi only support Japanese language. Your import games will use whatever language they're programmed in, but you'll just need to learn to adapt to the menus and prompts in the Settings, browser, and DSi Shop. You can find video that will help out or I'm happy to answer some Qs.
After doing the article on Japanese Wii importing, maybe I should do one on the DSi...
