contact compaq and see if they can help you with a downloadable version of the install disc. some companies don't even include proper install discs, either (my HP laptop came with a read-only partition including all the installation info; when it asks for an install disc i just point it in that direction), so you might want to double-check and see if you've got any strange partitions lying around your hard drive :3
I had it on my "Presario_RP (D:)" but I deleted it because it was taking up all the space I think windows has an option to let you burn it to a disc.
