Hello!

Earlier this evening my five year old got excited about playing minecraft with his dad, and pulled the switch off the tv stand with his corded controller that he's in love with.

When we set it back up and put the switch back in the dock, it wasn't docking. The light would flash green and nothing would happen. I plugged the power cable into the switch and it started charging, and after messing with it a bit more we let it be so my son could calm down.

A few moments ago my husband and I started looking at it again since my son was in bed, and found that the dock and switch both work on our bedroom tv, but NOT the tv it was originally plugged into in the living room. We plugged our cable box, and a few other things into the HDMI port that was used for the switch to ensure that was working, and it was working fine.

We're at a loss now of what to do, the switch and dock are both working on the bedroom TV, which is great, but we can't keep it in there as my husband works thirds and is sleeping during the day, so my son wouldn't be able to play his Minecraft.

Why would it stop working on the main TV it was using before? The switch works perfectly fine in handheld mode, but it won't work with the dock when plugged into our living room TV.

Thanks =D, I tried the AC adapter thing to no avail. The dock was working with our bedroom TV, but now it's not at all.

The switch itself still charges with the adapter plugged directly into it, so there's that at least for now. Soon as I'm able to, I'll give them a call.
