Unlike others who have the problem of the E-Shop freezing on the Log In page or when adding funds, my problem is different. When I open up the E-Shop it doesn’t load anything, it is just a white screen except for a bar at the bottom which gives the options of “X” to “End” “B” To “Back” and the option for “A” to “Ok” being grayed out. I can’t do anything except leave the E-Shop.
