ok lets get started, i connected my ds to my wireless router and it said that the internet connection was successful, but when i tried to play online it said, every time, cannot connect to wfc. what happening.

It should be giving you an error code when it says it cannot connect. Can you tell us what error code it is?

just to clarify, is this a DS or a DSi? DS software on a DSi can only connect to the internet if you've got a connection for it using WEP security (or none? lol). a WPA or WPS connection will allow you to use actual DSi software (the DSi Shop and the DSi Browser, for example), but not any DS games over wi-fi so far as i know.
