Topic: New 3ds XL safe charging help

Hi, i just bought a pro mini 9000mah powerbank and I want to charge my new 3ds xl with it.
The problem is, I am a bit worried because the powerbank's output is (3.1A Max.) idk what this means.
is it safe to charge with that ampere? I know that the 3ds is only at 0.9A. please help...

If the powerbank's output is higher than the 3DS's input i'd be very very cautious and probably not do it at all.

Well, i'm no expert when it comes to this but i definitely wouldn't risk ruining hardware i still use.
