I just got a new 2ds xl and pokemon sun, but when loading the game for the first time on a new device but pre owned game it loaded someone elses profile, is this normal? seems a bit odd
Save data is, for the most part, stored on the game card rather than the system, and unlike SD card data it isn't locked to the system it's used on. So this is to be expected with preowned games.
