If a North American 3DS was taken to the PAL region, is it possible to use the N.A. charger in PAL on a voltage converter? Will it do any sort of damage? I would appreciate some help.

I think there is a similar topic. If you use a voltage (and pin) convertor, it'll be fine.

Nintendo chargers only accept the voltages of the regions they ship into so if you take them to other regions, you need to make sure you convert to the correct voltage. Most other gear these days seems to accept any voltage, so only the pin configuration needs sorting.
