Hello Everyone my cousin has a big problem and i want to help him but i need your advice and help guys... You see he brought a Wii U back in 2012 on launch day and then in early 2013 He sold his Wii U with the box and games because he needed the money since he had a Financial issue at the time. But before he did that, he unlink his Nintendo Network ID. Now he finally got a New Wii U yesterday to play Mario Kart 8, but there is a Problem... He forgot the Email address that was linked to his Nintendo Network ID. He remembers the Password and Nintendo Network ID Username but not his Email address and to make matters worse he doesn't remember the serial number of the system. I asked him if he made a Club Nintendo account and if so... he can look up his old Wii U serial Number and he said no he never made one. Now he feels really upset and doesn't know what to do because he really wanted to transfer his Nintendo network ID to his New Wii U. He is Blaming himself for not remembering his Email Address or the box the Wii U came in. I told him it's not his fault and these type of things happen. Do you guys ever had this Situation?? Will Nintendo help him get his Nintendo network id on the new wii U because he did buy some games like Little Inferno, Trine and two more games. Can Nintendo provide the email address or serial number that he had on his nintendo network id?? I really don't like seeing my cousin upset so i really want to him out. Any Help will be really appreciated from you guys!!

You are going to have to contact Nintendo I am afraid. They are the only ones that can help you.

There's no use in asking us for help. You'll need to contact Nintendo directly for situations such as this. While Nintendo may exercise leniency and allow you to transfer an old, deactivated NNID to new hardware, it is likely that all of your cousin's old games are lost. Nintendo has specified that once a NNID has been deleted, it is permanent.

"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
